Tirath Nahvaan Je Tis Bhawaan ...
Yesterday I was listening to the JapJi Sahib Vyakhya by Giani Thakur Singh Ji. He was delving on the verse "Tirath Nahvaan, je tis bhawaan, Vin Bhaane ke nahi kare"
One can go to all the tiraths and take a dip, but it doesnt really matter until it the Guru likes it i.e we have our good karams with us. Superficially taking a bath in holy waters doesnt help till our soul is cleansed with pious thinking and actions. Without his nadar what, me takaing a bath is of no value..... "Nawan challe tirathi man khotey tan chor..."
